The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to agree or disagree with these terms.

Shipping and Handling Information

Orders will normally ship within 3 business days from the date your order is placed. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx package delivery service and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order.

Items too large to ship via UPS or FedEx that are being shipped via standard delivery will typically ship via Yellow Motor Freight. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of these items.

Items being shipped using our white glove delivery service will typically ship via Allied Van Lines. This premium service requires 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.

Over-night or express delivery is also available on most items. Over-night or express delivery orders must be received before noon EST in order to be processed and shipped that day. Over-night or express orders received after noon EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

In order to ensure your satisfaction and the safe, secure delivery and set-up of your purchase, we will ship large, bulky items and furniture items that require assembly using our white glove delivery service . This premium service provides for your purchase to be delivered in to your home or place of business, unpacked, assembled if necessary, put in place, and all of the packing material removed.

Please note that deliveries can not be made to P.O. boxes. A complete and valid street address and contact phone number are required for all shipments.

In the event of a delay of any kind our customer service department will contact you with an information status report.

Deliveries to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States require a custom quote. Please call customer service if your order must be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States .

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Our return policy is explained in detail below or you may contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns.

STANDARD DELIVERY FEES

Orders shipped using our standard delivery service will normally ship out within 3 business days from the date your order is placed. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx package delivery service and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order.

The shipping and handling charge for standard delivery is based upon the dollar amount of your order as follows:

(Note: Applicable sales taxes will be added to orders shipping to FL, GA, and NY.)

$45.01 to $70.00 $12.00
$70.01 to $95.00 $16.00
$95.01 to $125.00 $20.00
$125.01 to $200.00 $24.00
$200.01 and higher 12% of merchandise total
